Home Page is the first page you will see when you login to the CRM. It provides a quick overview of your tasks, events, and other important information.

KPIs Available

Note

Not all KPIs are available for all users. Please, refer to every KPI to know if it’s available for your user type.

• Administration Information: Shows the number of Clients, Contractors, and Jobs. Only available for Admin users.
• New Clients and Jobs: A comprehensive graphic chart to visualize the flow of new Clients and Jobs.

My Work

• Events by State: Pie Chart to show you the events assigned to you, as well as the percentage of Pending, In Progress, and Finished Events.
• Jobs by State: Pie Chart to show you the jobs assigned to you, as well as the percentage of Pending, In Progress, and Finished Jobs.
• Upcoming Events: A list of the next upcoming events assigned to you.
